Zoom ON DEMAND-Yin Yoga
VINYASA YOGA:
Flowing movement focusing on different elements of the body to help stretch and lengthen the body. Vinyasa means to 'place in a special way' therefore emphasis is on the breath and working to your limitations. Postures are held between 1-5 breaths typically. All finished with a short 5 minute relaxation or mindful meditation.
YIN YOGA:
High emphasis on breath-work and mediation throughout. Postures can be held between 3-6 minutes typically. Mostly grounded postures. Lots of modifications and shaped offered throughout the class to suit your body, either deepening or helping to release from the intensity of the pose slightly. Great for beginners to yoga.

Cardio HIIT (1) - 45 mins
STRENGTHENING HIIT:
This will include static and low impact movements such as weighted lunges with some high-impact movements. Low impact movements will also be given for those who desire.
All based around a stop watch, but may include different timings.
All recordings 30 mins.
CARDIO HIIT:
A high impact class suitable for all levels of fitness. Modifications welcome and offered. Will have different influences for example: boxing HIIT, agility based etc. No equipment required.

ZOM ON DEMAND- Cyclone style Indoor Cycling
A indoor cycle machine/ turbo for attachment to a road bike is needed for this class.
Rhythm classes are "to the beat". They are more of a consistent state of work, with less rest but less moments of high intensity. This will include more upper body movements and coordination on the bike. This is always optional. This is a spin class where you let go and have fun.
Cyclone style classes focus on different styles of training, some HIIT and some consistent aerobics & anarobic work. This is much more performance driven class.
