About the event
Fiery Yoga Flow: Starting with creating some heat in the body as we flow together focusing on energising asanas and breathing techniques to awaken your core.
Yin Yoga: to ground the body and senses preparing you for the last bit of the practice.
Sound Healing: We will end our evening with immersing our bodies in the magical sound waves of Tibetan bowls alongside other instruments played by Sarah.
Intention setting: As the day closes we will close with a guided meditation that embodies the spirit of new beginnings and personal growth.
