11am-11.30pm Introduction & Intention Setting
11.30-1pm Yoga flow 75 mins and Journalling
1-2pm Lunch (Free to use kitchen as community, or to leave space for quiet time)
2-2.30pm Sound Meditation
2.30-4pm Yin Yoga and Sound bath
4-4.30pm Closing Tea ceremony & treats
Please note only small treats and snacks provided.
Event is BYO food (Kitchen facilities accesible for heating food,drinks, eating etc) or short walk to Kingston High Street for lunch.
Tea and Coffees provided.
Event is £60 early Bird, or £70 Standard ticket. This ticket will then provide you with payment link.
