Always wanted to learn to headstand? This is for you! We will start with a flow to help energize and awaken the body, really stop to workshop this pose and all it's variations and finish with a well deserved Savasana and meditation to help cement everything you have learn. All levels welcome.

Find a safe space to really explore this asana. Learn different entry points, variations and ways to make your handstand authentic to you. Whether you are just curious about this pose or stuck within a phase of achieving it, I hope to help you clear the path towards being confident with this posture.
